"SAMOENG LOOP"


Like Ulu Yam to Awana/Genting Highland route in KL which is popular for bikers in KL, here in Chiang Mai  (GT Riders) they have the Samoeng Loop...


Total of loop distance: 100km (we have done 44km because we are heading to Pai..)
Total Mileage: 180km
Petrol: Top up the tank 350 Baht
Hotel: Baan Mai Kon Mung, Pai.

"HIGHEST POINT IN THAILAND"


Route: Hotel to Doi Inthanon
Mileage: 100+150km
Hotel: Pornping Tower Hotel
Rate: 1200-1500 baht


Rest day.. Still stay at Chiang Mai..
Visiting "The highest point in Thailand" : Doi inthanon.
Walking at Chiang Mai night bazar & have some massage.

Our breakfast at hotel and our early lunch at Muslim Restaurant near the hotel

My location (Elevation): 2570 meter above min sea level (MSL)  

(Genting Highlands = 1860m, Cameron Highlands = 1500m, Frasers Hill = 

1524m, Gunung Ledang = 1276m..... Mount Kinabalu = 4095m!!!)

Just hang-out here.... very cold !!

Ride To Cameron Highlands After Escorting Kembara Bumi Suci

21st April 2012 at Simpang Pulai, Perak. Kembara Bumi Suci convoy leaved us already. During the time, I was thinking to go back to KL. But, this is the faces of the gangs who influencing me to ride to Cameron Highlands.. Huhuhu..!!

1st destination : To Chon's hometown at Gopeng..having lunch..after that climbing to Cameron Highlands

Straight to Cameron Highlands after that.. Due to very nice weather & very good 'mood'..there is no photo on the bike coz the photographer was very busy taking corner and corners...

Arrived at the highest tip of Gunung Berinchang, Cameron Highlands. 2031 meter above sea level. Photo: Climbers from Johor rest here after complete the climbing..
